Vegan recipe - Carrot Lime salad

4 cups shredded carrot
1/2 lime juice
1 large bunch cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup chopped basil
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup apricot, chopped
1 tsp. seasalt
