Cancer is a class of diseases in which a group of cells has growth and multiplied disorderly and uncontrollably in our body. Depending to the grade, aggressive cancer cells might spread to distant tissues and organs in the late stage.

Yoga may be used as integrated form of excise for post-cancer patients in reduced side effects of conventional treatment and improved psychological aspects.

People who participated in yoga class are likely to experience less or lower levels of anxiety, a renowned study suggested.

Yoga, the accident technique practice for harmonized external and internal body well being, through breath control, meditation, bodily movement and gesture..... has been well known for people in Western world and some parts in Asia due to health benefits reported by various respectable institutes' research and supported by health advocates.

In the review of literature conducted by the Memorial Hermann Greater Heights Hospital, showed a importantly support for the use of yoga as an evidence-based nursing intervention.

Dr. Sisk A, the lead author said, " Yoga techniques can be easily integrated into nursing practice and have been shown to be beneficial for patients and nurses".

As an integrated therapy, yoga participants showed a significant awareness of breath, relaxation, exercise, and social support in improved quality of life in patients with cancer.

Yoga practice also is found to assist cancer survivors in managing psychological symptoms such as depression, anxiety, insomnia, pain, and fatigue.

In the study of 38 eligible breast cancer survivors  (per-screened with PAR-Q/PAR-MED-X) randomly assigned to either the intervention (n=20) or control group (n=18) with all participants completed pre- and post-testing assessments immediately before and after the yoga program, respectively, yoga program participants showed a remarkable improvement of psychosocial variables of emotional irritability, gastrointestinal symptoms, cognitive disorganization, mood disturbance, tension, depression, and confusion (all p's <0.10) in compared control group.

The study also indicated a significant improvements of post-intervention on a number of physical fitness variables.in both groups.

Collectively, yoga has significant potential in reduced psychological symptoms and side effects of conventional treatment, promoted physical fitness and quality of life in post cancer patients and may be used as integrated form of therapy addition to convention intervention.

Whole food(herbal medicine) used as medical treatment,  linking health benefits in prevention, management and treatment of diseases has induced much interests in today renowned scientists.
But many researchers have raised question of herbal quality, because geographic differences, time of grown and harvest, etc. may effect their's potency. I do believe, these questions can only be answered by experience herbalists.

Asparagus is a flowering plant belong to species the genus Asparagus, native to the western coasts of northern Spain, north to Ireland, Great Britain, and northwest Germany, northern Africa and western Asia, used from early times as a vegetable and medicine, because of its delicate flavour and diuretic properties.

Asparagus may be next potential whole food medicine in inhibited expression of pro inflammatory cytokins in inducing fever, pain and swollen in affect location,....

Inflammation is a natural expression by immune system in induction of while blood cells for protection our body against infection with foreign invasion.

According to the Korea Institute of Oriental Medicine, in an investigation of chronic skin inflammation, using 12-O-tetradecanoyl-phorbol-13-acetate (TPA)-induced mouse ear edema, administration at 200mg/kg (i.p.) of ethanolic extract from Asparagus cochinchinensis Merrill (ACE)expressed strong anti inflammatory effect through inhibited topical edema in the mouse ear, and substantial reductions in skin thickness and tissue weight, inflammatory cytokine production,.....

Dr. Lee DY, the lead author in the study said, "ACE is an effective anti-inflammatory agent in murine phorbol ester-induced dermatitis" and " the compound may have therapeutic potential in a variety of immune-related cutaneous diseases."

The study of pharmacological properties of Asparagus racemosus root extracts (AR), also addressed  the potential used of extract formulation for topical and/or transdermal drug to provide anti-inflammatory activity, due to its significant attenuation involved in systemic inflammation, without causing toxicity to experiment monocytic leukemia cell line THP-1.

Furthermore, the extract from asparagus also exert an inhibitory effect on pro-inflammatory cytokines, namely interleukin 1β and tumour necrosis factor α, and on the production of nitric oxide in free radical-mediated lipid oxidation stimulated by lipopolysaccharide in regualed immune response in vitro.

Some researchers insisted the properties of anti inflammation of asparagus may also due to the presence of phytochemical saponin contents in comparison to group treated with crude saponin extracts in the rat paw-oedema and the control group.

Taking altogether, Asparagus may have a potential anti inflammatory effect in reduced risk and treatment od chronic inflammatory diseases. The efficacy is not due to single ingredient in the food but the whole food.

The use of plants for healing purposes has been predated long before the existence of  modern medicine. Herbal plants have formed a fundamental source for conventional medicine in discovery of single ingredient medication, including aspirin (from willow bark), quinine (from cinchona bark), and morphine (from the opium poppy)......

Chaste tree berry may process a strong anti inflammatory effect in reduced symptoms of reddened, swollen, hot caused by over reaction of immunity, a study suggested.

Inflammatory activity is an action of immune system taken to protect the body against injure and infection.

Chaste tree berry is a species of Vitex agnus-castus, genus Vitex, belonging to the family Lamiaceae, native to the Mediterranean region, used in herbal medicine for thousands of year as anaphrodisiac herb and considered as Queen herb in treating menstrual problems and discomforts.

According to the the Kyung Hee University, casticin a major compound found from Vitex species at doses of 1, 2, and 10mg/kg casticin via an i.p. injection to C57BL/6 mice, expressed a significant effect in inhibition the numbers of cells of neutrophils, macrophages, and lymphocytes through reduced the levels of proinflammatory cytokines and chemokines, as shown in the bronchoalveolar lavage Fluid (BALF), and lung histological analysis.

Further more, the tested compound also displayed a remarkably decreased the peribronchial thickening or bronchial wall thickening and perivascular inflammatory cells and the epithelium thickness in mice with lung inflammation, particular to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

In some newly found chemical compound isolated from Chaste tree berry, namely a phenylindene-type lignan, vitexdoin F (1), and three phenylnaphthalene-type lignans, vitexdoins G, H and I (2-4) in the testing of anti inflammatory activities, Compound 1 showed a significant inhibition on the nitric oxide (NO) production (IC50 4.17 μg/mL) in induced inflammation.

Other, in the evaluation of anti-arthritic activity of the extract of V. negundo seeds (EVNS) using Freund's complete adjuvant (CFA) induced arthritis (AA) in rat model, oral administrated rats showed a elevated anti inflammatory activities through suppressed paw edema, decreased the arthritis score, spleen index, and reversed the weight loss.

In fact, the efficacy of extract of Chaste tree berry in reduced inflammation may be resulted of suppressed expression of protein in regulated pro inflammatory cytokins in various inflammatory pathways.

Taking together,  phytochemical compounds found in Chaste tree berry may exhibit strong anti inflammatory properties through ameliorated the protein involved expression of proinflammatory
cytokins.

People, applying food therapy should be patient as micro nutrients and phytochemicals in foods may take months to alleviate symptoms of diseases gradually while addressing to the causes.

Recent study suggested that asparagus may process a potential in prevented progression of cognitive impairment into serve stage of aging dementia.

Cognitive impairment (MCI), is an early stage of aging related degenerative diseases, involving decline of memory, language, thinking and judgment resulting in dementia.

Enzyme-treated Asparagus officinalis extract(ETAS) in cognitive impairment SAMP8 mice reduced neuronal cells damage through expression of information of DNA involved cytoprotective and anti-apoptotic functions.

Dr. Sakurai T, the lead researchers insisted, ETAS significantly attenuated this cell damage, restored  hippocampus-dependent memory, and attenuated the effects on the cognitive impairment through its cytoprotective activities.

In an evaluation of effects of ethanolic extract of Asparagus racemosus (EEAR) on learning and memory f Swiss albino male rats for 21 days, group treated with the extract showed a significantly decreased levels of lipid peroxidation (TBARS) contents and acetylcholinesterase (AChE) activity  in the brain tissue in comparison to disease control group.

In fact, EEAR roots may be an outstanding source for natural nootropic drug in  enhancement of memory or other cognitive functions, through ameliorated progressive degeneration of neurons in central nervous system, inducing cognitive dysfunctions, the study also postulated,

Some researchers proposed that the effects of asparagus in attenuation of cognitive impairment may be also attributed to rich content of folate, the vitamin deficiency found to associate with an increased risk for cognitive dysfunction.

These findings suggested that asparagus has processed a potential neuroprotective effects against progression of cognitive impairment. Depending to types of asparagus, large amounts intake asparagus officinalis should only be prescribed by herbalists.

People who turn to alternative medicine for treatment of disease in avoidance of adverse effects induced by conventional medicine should be patient. In compared to herbal medicine; food therapy even takes longer than six months to ease symptoms, depending to stage of the treatment which directly address to the cause of disease.

Intake of black bean regularly may have a profound effects in reduced risk and treatment of liver cancer, a renowned institute study proposed.

Liver cancer is a condition of the abnormal growth of the cells in the liver's tissue. According to statistics approximated 40,710 adults (29,200 men and 11,510 women) in the United States will be diagnosed with primary liver cancer this year.

Black bean, a small roughly ovoid legumes with glossy black shells, genus Phaseolus, belongings to the family Fabaceae can bought in most grocery stores all around the year in dried and canned forms. It is believed that black bean was first domesticated growth in South America.

According to the Stocking Hall, Cornell University, phytochemicals isolated from black bean such as triterpenoids, flavonoids, and other compounds exhibited antiproliferative activities against the HepG2 cells, the human liver cancer cell line.

The efficacy of black bean in ameliorated growth of liver cancer may be attributed to the presence of some potent antioxidants in expression of apoptosis.

Furthermore, consumption of bean not only played a prominent role of gene expression involved the regulation of gene Hspa8 in reduced risk of liver disease developed, but also addressed the important issue of attenuated hepatic stress or toxicity in rat model.

In fact, increased bean consumption in rats exhibits changes indicative of hepatic damamge,  Dr. Daniell EL, the lead author said, "Dry bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) consumption is associated with reduced risk for a number of chronic diseases", such as liver cancer.

More interestingly, dietary bean concentrations.is found to associate to the cholesterol 7α hydoxylase and UDP-glucuronosyltransferase genes increased with connection to the development of liver cancer, in a dose-dependent manner.

These findings suggested that dietary black(dried) bean may have a potential effect in reduced risk and treatment of liver cancer through antioxidant activity and regulated genes involved early onset of the disease.

Yoga, one of the ancient technique may have a therapeutic value in induced weight loss through improvement health behaviors and psychological well-being in obese patients, a renowned institute suggested.

Yoga, the accident technique practice for harmonized external and internal body well being, through breath control, meditation, bodily movement and gesture..... has been well known for people in Western world and some parts in Asia due to health benefits reported by various respectable institutes' research and supported by health advocates.

According to the Institute for Extraordinary Living, Kripalu Center, in a total of 35 overweight/obese participants attended the 5-day weight loss program, researchers found that after 3 months of treatment, attendees displayed improvements in nutrition behaviors, SC, mindfulness, stress management, and spiritual growth with a impressive ratio of 84%.

Dr. Braun TD, the lead author said, " Kripalu yoga-based, residential weight loss program may foster psychological well-being, improved nutrition behaviors, and weight loss".

Supportively, study of 30 males and 16 females, aged 17-20 yr)with 23 motivated subjects (15 male and 8 female) given yoga training and the remaining 23 subjects served as controls. conducted by the the Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), group attended yoga class showed a significant weight reduction at the end of the study in compared to control group, observed by Harvard step test.

Additionally, group with yoga training also showed a remarkable increase in respiratory pressures and endurance in 40 mm Hg test in both male and female subjects (P < 0.05 for all comparisons) which are indication of improvement in respiratory muscle strength.

Promisingly, An Ayurveda-inspired weight management curriculum (YWL) piloted in female yoga practitioners into 2 groups with Study 1 enrolled 22 yoga-experienced women (48.2 ± 14.3 years, BMI 30.8 ± 4.2 kg/m2) in a 10-week yoga-based program (YWL-YE) and Study 2 enrolled 21 yoga- naïve women (49.4 ± 10.7 years, BMI 35.5 ± 6.8 kg/m2) in a revised 10-week program (YWL-YN), showed that weight loss is found higher in YWL-YN (28.6%) than YWL-YE (18.2%) and both studies expressed a greater weight loss after 3 months of follow up with % of self-reported total body weight loss (%TBWL) reaching clinical significance (>5%).

Dr. Ross A, not the author in the studies said, "Yoga interventions improve obesity-related outcomes including body mass index (BMI), body weight, body fat, and waist circumference" and "...diverse behavioral, physical, and psychosocial effects that may make it a useful tool for weight loss".

Taking together,  there is no doubt that the greater weight loss of yoga participants  addressed an important issue -  weight loss program must accompany with change of social behavior, improvement of  physical, and psychosocial well being for achieving better outcome.

People who turn to herbal Medicine for treatment of disease in avoidance of adverse effect induced by conventional medicine must be patient as the alternative treatment can only ease symptoms gradually, depending to stage of the treatment which directly address to the cause.

Dementia is the loss of mental ability that is severe enough to interfere with people's every life and Alzheimer's disease is the most common type of dementia in aging people. About 5-8% of all people over the age of 65 have some form of dementia, and this number doubles every five years above that age.

Green tea may be used as functional food for prevention of early onset and treatment of dementia due to aging progression, a renowned institute study suggested

Green tea, a precious drink processes numbers of health benefit known to almost everyone in Asia and Western world. However, as yin in nature herbal medicine ,or food, long term injection of large amounts may obstruct the balance of yin-yang, induced "yin excessive syndrome" or "yang vacuity syndrome", according to traditional Chinese medicine's Yin-Yang theory. Adding a slice of ginger will do the neutralization trick.

In the 5.7-year prospective cohort study, using a questionnaire, information on daily green tea consumption and other lifestyle factors collected from elderly Japanese individuals aged 65 years or more, green tea consumption is associated to reduced risk of dementia with a incidence of occurrent rate of 8.7%.

Furthermore, in the intracerebroventricular (ICV) infusion of streptozotocin (STZ) animal model explicted chronic brain dysfunction involved long-term and progressive deficits in learning, memory, and cognitive behavior, along with a permanent and ongoing cerebral energy deficit, mice treated with green tea EGCG at a dose of 10mg/kg/day for 4 weeks, showed a sigificant improvement in reduced oxidative stress parameter against production of inflammatory and free radical expression.

These inhibitions can be seen in the diminished AChE activity, glutathione peroxidase activity as well as NO metabolites, and reactive oxygen species contents

More importantly, the enhanced antioxidants status induced neuroprotective effect is result of EGCG injection in ameliorated  inflammatory and free radical causes of cell death in brain of treated mice.

Dr. Tomata Y, the lead author of the study said, "The lower risk of incident dementia was consistent even after selecting participants who did not have subjective memory complaints at the baseline."

More explicitly, in the finding of a natural food for reverse or delay of risk factors of dementia and AD, vascular, metabolic, and lifestyle-related factors involved development of dementia and late-life cognitive disorders, green tea with high amount of caffeine stimulate the psychoactive effects in attenuated cognitive impairment/decline and dementia through heightened alertness and arousal and improvement of cognitive performance.

Promisingly, such results have been proposed by several cross-sectional and longitudinal population-based studies, particular in patients with mild cognitive impairment and progression to dementia.

There is no doubt that green tea may be considered as a function foods for reduced risk of early onset and delay progression of dementia, but longer follow-up periods are necessary before the use of green tea can open new ways for diet-related prevention and treatment of dementia.

The use of plants for healing purposes have been predated long before the existence of  modern medicine. Herbal plants have formed a fundamental source for conventional medicine in discovery of single ingredient medication, including aspirin (from willow bark), quinine (from cinchona bark), and morphine (from the opium poppy)......

Chaste tree berry may process a strong effect in reduced risk of free radical progression in inducing various diseases, the renowned institute suggested.

Antioxidants are chemical compound with function in inhibited oxidation caused by production of free radicals with an aim to reduce risk of oxidative damage to our body.

According to the Faculty of Pharmacy, Ege University, in the observation of the chemical activity of different preparation s of Chaste tree berry, researchers showed that water and ethanol extracts content are far stronger antioxidant activity in compared n-hexane extracts.

In vitro antioxidant assays, the newly differentiated ingredients isolated from the Chaste tree berry, EtOAc extract displayed a significant antioxiadnt property in reduced free radicals caused of brain homogenate. at the concentration-dependent effect tested by 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrasyl (DPPH) free radical assay (IC(50) = 68 microg/mL) in compared fractions of MeOH-H(2)O and n-hexane fraction.

The study also suggested that the efficacy of antioxidant effect in the extract may be resulted of the recently discovered phytochemicals, flavonoid constituents EtOAc extract, casticin, vitexin and orientin as viewed in the tested essay.

More importantly, in support of the above differentiation, a study of mice subcutaneously injected with d-galactose (500 mg/kg/d for 45 days) induced aging and natural aging. administrated extract of Vitex (600 mg/kg/bid for 7 days by gavage) to 72 female NMRI mice (48 3-month-old normal mice and 24 18-24-month-old mice), weighing 30-35 g randomly divided into six groups: control, Vitex, d-galactose, Vitex + d-galactose, Aging, and Vitex + Aging, groups treated with chaste tree berry expressed a superior effect in restored  estrous cycle and damage of uterus and ovarian tissues, through antioxidant activities in ameliorated oxidative stress and aging diseases.

Truly, mice treated with extract of Chaste tree berry only showed a reduced presence of free radicals but also improved hormone expression in natural and d-galactose induced aging.

Taking together, there is no doubt that Chaste tree berry displayed a significant antioxidant potential in ameliorated risk of free radical in induced chronic diseases, but large amount of intake should be taken with care.

Women, waiting treatment of IVF program and participated in yoga lesson may be benefit in reduced psychological stress, a recent pilot study proposed.

Vitro fertilization (IVF), is an induced pregnancy artificial insemination, targeting mostly healthily infertile women with unknown causes of infertility.

Yoga, the accident technique practice for harmonized external and internal body well being, through breath control, meditation, bodily movement and gesture..... has been well known for people in Western world and some parts in Asia due to health benefits reported by various respectable institutes' research and supported by health advocates.

According to the McGill University, yoga showed a positive effect in treating anxiety and depression, reducing stress and improving the overall quality of life in the general population may be considered as a safe exercise and stress-management programmes for IVF patients.

In fact, returned from participants expressed a strong and positive effect in reduced anxiety, depression and quality of life over time, in study of 49 infertile women recruited to participate in a 6-week Yoga class during 2013 while awaiting their IVF treatment asked to complete standardized questionnaires assessing fertility-related quality of life (FertiQoL), marital harmony (Dyadic Adjustment Scale [DAS]), state and trait anxiety (State-Trait Anxiety Inventory [STAI]) and depression (Beck Depression Inventory [BDI]) before commencing and after completing the Yoga workshops,

Furthermore, in support the efficacy of yoga program also in women awaiting their treatment with IVF. the study of a total of 143 consecutive women with couple infertility the opportunity to attend a free Hatha-yoga course lasting 3 months offered by the designated institution, displayed an improved significantly higher of symptoms of anxiety, depression and distress in questionnaire returned from attendees.at the end of 3 months in compared non HY group.

More importantly, women  who attended yoga class get pregnant with IVF also found to enhance the stress, anxiety, self confidence during and reduced labor pain.

Dr. Shim CS, the lead author in a quasi experimental study said, "(due to efficacy of yoga program in reduced psychological symptoms and improved quality of life in women who participant in IVF treatment), Yoga-focused educational program be offered to every pregnant woman".

Taking altogether, Yoga may be considered as a form of physical education in reduced psychological symptoms and enhanced pregnancy term for women waiting for IVF treatment and getting pregnancy after IVF.

In compared herbal medicine; food therapy even takes longer to ease symptoms of disease, depending to stage of the treatment which directly address to the cause.

Beet, one of the root vegetable may have a therapeutic effect in reduced risk and treatment of breast cancer, a renowned institute opinionated.

Beet,  a perennial plant with leafy stems growing to 1–2 m tall, is best known as the beetroot or garden beet, belongings to the amaranth family.

According to the Howard University, extract of red beetroot (Beta vulgaris L.), the FDA approved red food color E162, in animal model, exhibited anti cancer activity by suppressing the early onset of multi-organ tumors.

In the compared red beetroot extract and anticancer drug, doxorubicin cytotoxic effect against estrogen receptor-positive human breast cancer cells (MCF-7), both treated groups exerted a similar and significant anti breast cancer cell line effect in induction of cytotoxicity, although the cytotoxicity of the beetroot extract was significantly lower to those of doxorubicin.

Dr. Kapadia GJ, the lead author postulated, the breast cancer cell line inhibition of beetroot may be attributed to the phytochemical betanin, the major betacyanin constituent found abundantly in the vegetable.

Also in testing of chemotherapeutic drug oxorubicin (DOX, Adriamycin), at different concentrations of BRJ (0.5, 5, 50, 250, and 500 µg/ml) with or without DOX, BRJ showed a significantly reduced breast cancer cell growth within and at 48 hours, similar to those of DOX-induced apoptosis, observed by TUNEL assay.

Additionally, in dose dependent, co-treatment of BRJ and DOX, improved the efficacy of treatment in enhanced apoptosis in breast cancer cells by exerting a strong effect in ameliorated generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS by) produced by DOX.

In fact, lower concentrations, combination of BRJ and DOX, also displayed the most effective in explicited cardioprotection and chemoprevention in tested subjects synergistically.

More importantly, Dr. Kapadia GJ, the lead author in the other study conducted by the same University said, " a long-term daily exposure to low doses of B through diet might be safe and sufficient to produce cancer chemopreventive effect in humans.

Promisingly, intake of beet juice may also contribute to overall positive reduction in DOX drug concentration in use for influence cytotoxicitic activity for treatment of human breast cancer.

Taking together, Beet Juice, used alone or combination with chemotherapeutic medicine, may be served as a functional food for reduced risk and enhanced treatment of breast cancer.

Asparagus (Asparagus officinalis) may be one of the best herbal medicine used in reduced blood pressure in patients with hypertension.

Blood pressure is the force of blood pushing against the walls of the arteries as the heart pumps out blood. High blood pressure means raising pressure in your heart. If it stays high over time it can damage the body in many ways.
Hypertension is a condition of abnormally high blood pressure.

According to the Junior College of Kagawa Nutrition University, intake of asparagus significantly reduce Systolic blood pressure (SBP) (AD: 159 ± 4.8 mmHg, ND: 192 ± 14.7 mmHg) by inhibition of angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) activity in upregulated blood pressure.

The study also suggested that the efficacy of this activity may be attributed to a chemical compound, 2″-hydroxynicotianamine  in inhibiting angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) activity in hypertension and preserved renal function.

In the total of 28 healthy volunteers injected of cladophylls and bottom-stems of asparagus study, cladophylls group improved many aspects of metabolic syndrome, but only diastolic blood pressure in comparison to significantly reduced the subjects' systolic and diastolic blood pressure in bottom-stems of asparagus intake group.

Dr. Nishimura M, the lead of researcher suggested that these results may be attributed to asparagus cladophylls and bottom-stems properties in differentially attenuated hypertension, hyperglycemia, and dyslipidemia.

There is no doubt that asparagus has a potential effect in reduced high blood pressure, in inducing further renal damage, but large quantity intake should only be prescribed by herbalist as maximally tolerable doses of Asparagus P((R)) may induce opposite effects.

People who turn to alternative medicine for treatment of disease in avoidance of adverse effects induced by conventional medicine should be patient. In compared to herbal medicine; food therapy even takes longer than six months to ease symptoms, depending to stage of the treatment which directly address to the cause of disease.

Black bean, a small roughly ovoid legumes with glossy black shells, genus Phaseolus, belongings to the family Fabaceae can bought in most grocery stores all around the year in dried and canned forms. It is believed that black bean was first domesticated growth in South America.

Black or common bean with abundant fiber may be considered as function foods in induced weight loss of obese and overweight subjects, a renowned institute postulated.

According to the University of Exeter, evidence of meta-analysis found in the data base revealed a statistically significant weight loss through reduction of body fat by black bean in compared placebo groups.

Other in the study of dried bean in reduced risk of cardiovascular disease in obese subjects, black bean fed Sprague-Dawley rats and diet-induced obesity model in C57Bl/6 mice experienced weight loss as well as an improved plasma lipid profile within a 12 d time frame.

Dr. Zhu Z, the lead author said, "(Dried beans) account for the cardioprotective and weight regulatory effects".

In fact, a review literature obtained from the electronic databases PubMed, SpringerLink, Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, and MEDLINE with full text (via EBSCOHost) during late 2012 - early January 2013, researchers found that botanical ingredients from part of Phaseolus vulgaris and extract isolated from plants exhibited a potentially promising therapeutic effects in appetite controlled and weight loss.

Indeed, intake of high amount of dietary fiber has showed statistically significant benefits for reduction of body weight and rick factor in developed complication, such as gallstones.

Taking together, black bean, a  the common bean species hold a potential value in weigh loss and weight management through expression of appetite controlled and prevented weight loss induced complications.
