The immune system is the
set of cells and their activity against antigens, or infectious agents
that comprise the body's defense system against diseases. The
immune system does a great job of keeping people healthy and preventing
infections. However, sometimes problems with the immune system can lead
to illness and infection.
The best defense is to avoid exposure to
all viruses, but that is next to impossible. The only thing you can do
is to strengthen your immune system so you won't get sick if you are
exposed to a virus.

The
word lingzhi, in Chinese means "herb of spiritual potency" and has also
been described as "mushroom of immortality". Because of its presumed
health benefits and apparent absence of side-effects, it has attained a
reputation in the East as the ultimate herbal substance. Lingzhi is a
large, dark red mushroom which is a member of the polyproraceac family.
