the immune system is the
set of cells and their activity against antigens or infectious agents
that comprises of the body's defense system against diseases. The immune system does a great job of keeping people healthy and preventing infections. However, sometimes problems with the immune system can lead to illnesses and infections.
Nutritional supplements have an important role in providing vitamins that our body needs to defend against viruses.
Here are some nutritional supplements
1 Vitamin C
Study
shows that vitamin C supplements have a beneficial impact on the serum
levels of IgA, IgM, and C3, in effect strengthening some important parts
of our body's immune system. Vitamin C intake also helps to increase
the virus-fighting cytokines that helps to validate the popular
assumptions about vitamin C having effect on the immune system.
2. Vitamin B6
Vitamin B6,

3. Vitamin A

antioxidants that help to protect cells from free radicals, which are
potentially damaging by-products of oxygen metabolism that may
contribute to the development of a weakened immune system.
4. Vitamin E
Vitamin

antibodies to destroy bacteria. Study shows that vitamin E helps to
stimulate the production of natural killer cells, those that seek out
and destroy germs and cancer cells.

a fat-soluble vitamin that is naturally present in very few foods. It
is also produced endogenously when ultraviolet rays from sunlight strike
