Kidney yang is important in assisting liver in transforming yin phrase
to the yang phrase. As the yang rises to certain degree, it stimulates
the softness of the uterine lining for the potential fertilized egg
implantation. If the kidney yang is deficiency, it may not rise enough
to support the luteal phase in providing the suitable environment for
egg implantation as a result of uterine lining out of phase and yang
phase defect.

yang produced by the body to counter the affect of the cold.

limitation of your physical body. Rigid exercise pushes you body over
limitation and consume, leading to kidney yang deficiency.

sexual activity drains the kidney jing, leading to kidney jing and yang
deficiency that distort the normal function of kidney in regulating the
natural process of conception. In serve case, it may cause menstrual
