Hepatitis--- Foods To Avoid

Hepatitis is characterized by the destruction of a number of liver cells and the presence of inflammatory cells in the liver tissue caused by excessive alcohol drinking, disorders of the gall bladder or pancreas, medication side effects, and infections. Any foods that contribute to inflammation of liver cells and lowering the strength of immune system should be avoided.

5. Sugar
Since most people with hepatitis B have abnormal blood sugar levels, eating extra sugar causes liver inflammation and free radical damage.

6. Do not overload your body with excess iron because it is toxic to the body.
