A different taste salad. Try other gelatin flavor as well.
Whipped cream ( or envelope topping)  1 cup, 250 mL
Cottage cheese  1 cup, 250 mL
Crushed pineapple, drained  14 Oz., 398 mL
Lime flavored gelatin ( jelly powder)  1x3 Oz.  1x85 g
Fruit cocktail, grained  2x14 Oz., 2x398 mL
Chopped pecans or walnuts  1/2 cup, 125 mL
Whip cream until stiff.
Fold in cottage cheese pineapple, gelatin, fruit cocktail and pecans. Chill overnight. Serve 12.
