Swap
1/2 cup pure maple syrup for the brown sugar
2 bananas, chopped, for the dried fruit

Add
3/4 cup toasted walnut pieces, chopped

Instructions
Follow the directions for the original recipe(click here), stirring in the chopped nuts just before serving the oatmeal. Top with additional milk if desired.
Serves 8
