This can be made with any type of berries. Try substituted frozen blue berries, raspberries of mixed for the strawberries.
1 cup milk
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 banana
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries

- Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Yield: Serves 2 to 3
