Blood is body fluid that delivers necessary nutrients and oxygen to the cells and transports metabolic waste products away from those same cells.
The heart formed part of the circulatory system is a muscular organ that pumps blood through the blood vessels to nourish the body tissues and organs.
The circulatory or cardiovascular system delivers nutrients and oxygen to all cells in the body, consisting of the heart and the blood vessels in the body.
More precisely, there are 2 types of large vessel
* The arteries carry blood away from the heart.
*The veins carry the blood back to the heart.
Blood pressure is the force of blood pushing against the walls of the arteries as the heart pumps out blood. High blood pressure means raising the pressure in your heart and staying high over time, damaging the body in many ways.
Most cases of heart dysfunction are associated with the reduced function of the heart muscle, leading to reduce blood flow that facilitates heart failure and the backup of blood into the lungs or rest of the body.
Heart disease is a condition in which the heart's inner lining of blood vessels is served damage which can impede the function of transportation of oxygen and nutrition of the heart to other cells and organs in the body.
Every day, more than 2,000 Americans die as a result of heart disease. Approximately 60 million Americans have heart disease.
Believe it or not, 1 in 4 women in the US dies from heart disease and coronary heart disease.
The most common heart diseases associated with blood circulation are
* Heart diseases are affected by the arteries to the heart, such as coronary heart disease.
which is a condition of blockage of blood flow in the arteries, as a result of the hardening arterial wall, cholesterol building up, chemicals, such as cadmium clogging up arteries, etc. causes of narrowing coronary arteries.
* Heart diseases are affected by heart valve function in regulating blood flow such as valvular heart disease.
According to the statistics, heart disease is the leading cause of death in the US, approximately 610,000 people die of heart disease every year.
In finding a natural ingredient for the prevention and treatment of heart diseases, scientists examined the alcohol (Jiu Danggui, JDG) and charred DG are the main processed products of Angelica sinensis (Danggui, DG) on blood stasis syndrome (BSS).
Angelica or Dang Qui is a herb of Genus Angelica from the family Apiaceae, indigenous to China.
The herb has been used as a Queen herb in traditional Chinese medicine antispasmodic and vasodilatory agent, and to balance the hormones in women for a normal menstrual cycle and menstruation and strengthen the heart, spleen, kidneys, and liver for both men and women, etc. In other words, it is used to treat gynecological ailments, fatigue, mild anemia, and high blood pressure. It has analgesic, anti-inflammatory, etc.
According to the analysis of the results of hemorheology, coagulation function parameters, and metabolomics,
* In the BSS model, JD demonstrated the best in DGPPs intervention in significant relief of rats' BSS.
* DGPP intervention showed different degrees of reverse effect on these metabolites associated with the expression of the syndrome in the tested model, and
* JDG was found to be the most effective owing to the extensive regulation effect on differential metabolites.
Based on the results, researchers suggest, "This study provides a reference for understanding the pathological mechanism of BSS and the mechanism of DGPPs, which lays a theoretical foundation for the rational use of DGPPs in clinical practice".
Taken together, Dandelion may be considered a remedy for the treatment of blood stasis syndrome (BSS), pending the confirmation of the larger sample size and multicenter human study.
