Regular physical activity has long been found to associate with the prevention of cancer, cardiovascular disease, and other chronic diseases, but the regular walking contribution to health benefits of reduced risk of osteoarthritis in the younger and older elderly have been controversial.
Osteoarthritis (OA), a form of arthritis, is a condition or as a result of aging causes of wear and tear on a joint, affecting over 25 million people in the United States alone.
