Liver, kidney and skin.are 3 major and vital organs with function in protected our body against toxins accumulation.

Everyday toxins are removed by these organs to maintain the organs and tissue integrity and viability. So the body can perform its function in an optimized form.

If one of these organs starts to malfunction, others must take the toxins and remove them.

In cases of our body cannot completely remove all the toxins, toxins will be accumulated in the organs and tissue, leading to weakening of organs and tissue function in induction of chronic ailments.

1. Lotus Root Tea

2. Platycodon Root
Platycodon has been used in Chinese medicine for over a century in treating abscesses, respiratory disorders, and intestinal disorders.

Study shows that platycodon roots not only help to treat coughs due to purulent sputum and inflammation in the chest area but also demonstrate a lung protective activity(4).

According to Chungnam National University, in vitro, Platycodon grandiflorum root-derived saponins exerted inhibition of (Changkil saponins: CKS) ovalbumin-induced airway inflammation in mice(3).

3. Wild Cherry Bark 
Wild cherry bark traditionally has been used to treat irritable and persistent cough of bronchitis, and pertussis due to increased irritability of respiratory mucosa.

The herb also exerts lung protective effects due to due to its astringent, sedative, antispasmodic, and bronchodilator actions in inhibited dries mucus, expectoration, coughing, particularly, in open of the airways(5).

4. Mullein 
Mullein contains coumarin and rotenone.

It has a long history of being used as a medicine for treatment for asthma and respiratory disorders.

The herb also sooths the mucous membranes, reduces inflammation and encourages healthy fluid production in the lungs.

According to the Xi'an Jiaotong University, Isofraxidin (IF), a coumarin compound isolated from the natural medicinal plants, including mullein displayed a significant anti-bacterial, anti-oxidant, and anti-inflammatory activities in protected the against injure in animal model(6).

5. Ephedra

6. Elecampane 
Elecampane is also called horse-heal with function for treatment of shortness of breath and promotion of a strong lung.
