During the last stage of the menstrual cycle, normally a layer of endometriosis lining on the inside of the uterus is expelled, known as menstruation blood, instead some of the endometriosis tissues grow somewhere in the body to cause endometriosis. Endometriosis also react to hormone signals of the monthly menstrual cycle, by building and breaking up tissues and eliminating them through menstrual period.

Calcium (Ca) is a trace mineral with the chemical number 32. Besides playing an important role in building stronger, denser bones early in life and keeping bones strong and healthy later in life, it also helps to strengthen the immune system through cell division, and regulates cell growth and muscle tone.

Women with endometriosis are found to have low levels of calcium 10 days before menstruation because of the unbalancing of levels of magnesium or inability of digestive absorption.

1. Immune system
Since calcium is vital for cell physiology, it helps to strengthen the communication of cells through waves of calcium(1) and other small molecules to cells hundreds of micrometers away, which is essential for the function of the immune system.

2. Cell growth(2)
Since calcium is vital for cell division, the right levels of calcium helps to maintain healthy cell growth and avoid cell abnormality(4) such as some peritoneal cells developing into endometrial cells in the abdomen.

3. Nervous system(3)
The strong bond between cells in the body through waves of calcium helps to strengthen the functions of cells in the nervous system(4) which decrease the risk of nervous tension resulting in symptoms of endometriosis. Deficiency of calcium weakens the communication process leading to confusion, memory loss, and depression(5).

4. Menstrual cramps(6)
Calcium is needed to maintain the uterine muscle's tone. Deficiency of calcium cause hyperactive muscles, including in the uterine muscles(7).

5. Coagulation(8)(9)
Since blood clotting requires the proteins made in the liver, calcium, vitamin K and platelets together with substances released from damaged tissue, deficiency of calcium causes heavy bleeding for women with endometriosis.

Antiageing Tips 12: Everyone can achieve 100% in re firming, re smoothing and Increased elasticity of Facial skin

Skin sagging is a result of a loss of collagen and elastin of the skin due to aging in combination with the dreaded pull of gravity. The study of a novel dietary supplement (Imedeen Prime Renewal) including soy extract, fish protein polysaccharides, extracts from white tea, grape seed and tomato, vitamins C and E as well as zinc and chamomile extract, showed to inhibit forehead, periocular and perioral wrinkles, mottled pigmentation, laxity, sagging, under eye dark circles, and overall appearance. After 6 months treatment, it was suggested that the formula may provide improved condition, structure and firmness of the skin in post-menopausal women(30). Other studies insisted that since vitamin C (Vit. C) in the form of L-ascorbic acid (Asc) can accelerate wound healing and protect fatty tissues from oxidation damage(33), it may play an integral role in collagen synthesis of reducing wrinkles and skin sagging(a).
Skin roughness due to aging is a result of dead skin cells shedding more slowly, and building up in the upper layer of skin causing skin complexion to become rough and dull. According to the University of California at San Francisco, they are the result of aging and anatomic site of which demonstrated a significant influence on skin roughness and scaliness(a). Another study suggested that frictional properties of skin are dependent on more than water content or non-apparent sweating and the role of sebum secretion may be one possible factor(26), or it may be result of depletion of surface lipid content(a).

The below tips have been proven through our clinical studies of over 400 subjects between age of 57 - 63. If you are in this age, you can expect the same results(a)(b)(c).

A. Dehydroascorbic acid (DHA) and vitamin E and A(1)
1. The chemical reaction of Dehydroascorbic acid (DHA)
Vitamin C + Water -----> Dehydroascorbic acid (DHA ) + 2e- +2H+
2. Vitamin E chemical structure

The α-tocopherol form of vitamin E

The equipment and Preparation
1. One bottle of synthetic vitamin C 100x 500mg tablets. You can purchase this in any pharmacy for about $5.00
2. A bottle of vitamin E purified oil (You can only buy it from any pharmacy for $10) (We used provitamin E produced by Jamieson, due to complaints of irritation and stickiness of many tested subjects, You can also buy it at any pharmacy and super market for about $20 for a jar of 60ml)
3. A small bottle carries 100mL of warm tap water or still-water if desire.
4. A roll of bounty or a half hand size sponge.
 8. A pair of plastic glove.

Please Note, Kyle J. Norton and Associates DO NOT receive funding from Jamieson(The giant vitamins company)

How to make Dehydroascorbic acid (DHA) 4% concentration
Day one
Put 8 tablets of synthetic vitamin C into the bottle which carries 100 mL of water[(8x500mg)/100mL=4000mg/100,000mg=4/100=4% concentration of Dehydroascorbic acid (DHA)] on the day before application to make sure all vitamin C tablets are dissolved.

How to Regain Youthfulness of Your Hand
The next day
Put on your glove. Shake the bottle well. Pour some Dehydroascorbic acid (DHA ) onto a piece of fold-twice bounty paper towels.
Apply the solutions 3 times a days
Application first of Dehydroascorbic acid (DHA) 4% concentration to induce skin cleansing through its detoxified, antioxidant and cell and collagen regeneration effects by rubbing against the  facial skin with little pressure for about one minutes. Apply more solution if require. Wait for 5 minutes then apply vitamin E directly and generously onto facial skin with your finger, also with some pressures.

After applying, clean the sponge if used and glove, return and store the bottle of solution and vitamin E. into first aid box in room temperature. Replace the solution of Dehydroascorbic acid (DHA ) every ten days to retain accurate concentration.

What to expect
1. In the first few days of application

The facial skin begins to firming, smoothing and increased elasticity

2. In a few weeks
Depending to types of skin and severity of the effected areas, and according to our clinical study,
the combination of solution have achieve 100% re firming, re smoothing and increased elasticity. According to the study of ages between 57 - 62,  100% of tested subjects achieve that result,  probably through Dehydroascorbic acid (DHA) 4% concentration and vitamin E  and skin cleansing )such as removal of dead and old skin) and detoxified, antioxidant and cell and collagen regeneration effects.
Millions have been spent in our studies, we provide this information free and do not ask for anything in return. You promise to tell everyone you know about this webpage and retweet it, so they do not waste any more money on ineffective commercial products.

Precautions

1. Always testing your topical skin solution, including Dehydroascorbic acid (DHA ) and vitamin E for allergic reaction, by applying a tiny portion onto your wrist for 5 minutes. Do not use the solution if there is.
2. Although there were no adverse effect in our study, please make sure you always wear gloves before applying, as higher concentration than that ofDehydroascorbic acid (DHA) 4% concentration has been shown to cause brownness on the finger nails.
3. The Dehydroascorbic acid (DHA) 4% concentration has been shown to cause yellowness on the surface of some metal (very old) sinks, please make sure your test it to avoid the same messes.
4. Higher concentration of the solution has been used in skin tanning industry, please make that Dehydroascorbic acid (DHA) 4% concentration is completely absorbed(about 5- 10 minutes) into your skin before going to the extreme sun.
5. If the solutions get into your eyes, use tap water to clear them.
6. Do not attempt to make higher than Dehydroascorbic acid (DHA) 4% concentration solution, as it has not been tested.

Endometriosis also react to hormone signals of the monthly menstrual cycle, by building and breaking up tissues and eliminating them through menstrual period.
Magnesium (Mg) is a trace mineral and has an atomic number of 32. Women with endometriosis were found to have low levels of magnesium during the menstrual cycle, causing symptoms of endometriosis and menstrual cramps. Please make sure to take magnesium together with vitamin C for better digestive absorption and the intake ratio of magnesium and calcium should always be 1 to 2

1. Abnormal cell development(1)
Deficiency of magnesium decreases the ability of DNA and RNA(2) synthesis in the body leading to cell abnormality, such as peritoneal cells growing into endometrial cells in the abdomen.

 2. Protagslandins hormones
Magnesium is essential for liver to balance the protagslandins hormones that control the uterine muscles during the menstrual cycle. Deficiency of magnesium causes the over-production of certain hormones in the prostaglandins family resulting in menstrual cramps(3) for women with endometriosis.

 3. Nervous system(2)
Deficiency of magnesium decreases the carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism(4) of the liver leading to nutrient deficiency of nerve cells. Without enough nutrients for the nervous system it causes symptoms of endometriosis such as anxiety(5), and depression(6) as resulting of nervous system tensions.

 4. Estrogen
Since magnesium helps in synthesis of protein and fat, it helps the liver to produce good estrogen which keeps the levels of bad estrogen in check resulting in lessening the levels of period pain and menstrual cramps(3).

 5. Circulation system(2)
Magnesium also plays an important role in lowering the levels of bad cholesterol in the arteries(9) which helps to increase the blood circulation of oxygen and the carrying of nutrients to the body's brain cells. This helps to reduce tension of the nervous system and decreases the risk of heart diseases(7) and stroke(8).

Endometriosis: The Effects of Minerals Selenium(revised edition with references)

Selenium (Se) was discovered in 1817 by Jon Jakob Berzelius. It is a chemical element with the chemical number of 34 and atomic mass of 78.96. It is necessary for cellular function in our body for reducing certain oxidized molecules.

Selenium is a very important trace element for our body. Too little selenium or too large an amount of selenium can result in certain types of disease, therefore if you want to take selenium supplements, it is for your own good to talk to your doctor first.

 1. Immune system(1)(2)
Selenium is an antioxidant. When it works with vitamin E, it helps to improve the immune system(3) in fighting against abnormal cell development such as endometriosis implants and adhesion, oxidation of fat, and cancer(4).

 2. Menstrual cramps(5)
Selenium is necessary for a strong liver to ensure the secretion of bile to the intestine for protein and fat metabolism, which are essential for our brain cells. Deficiency of selenium(6) causes brain cell inability to perform their function resulting in weakening the signal transmitting for hormonal production which regulates the woman's menstrual cycle leading to menstrual cramps.

 3. Nervous and circulation systems(2)
Since we already know that selenium is vital for our brain cell to carry daily activities, deficiency of selenium causes depletion of oxygen levels in our blood as well as blocking the transportation of nutrients to our body's cells as resulting of high levels of bad cholesterol(8) in our blood leading to symptoms of endometriosis, heart diseases(7), and stroke(7).

 4. Respiratory system(9)
Some researchers have suggested that selenium supplementation, along with other nutrients, can help prevent the recurrence of certain lung diseases and improve the lung. If it is true, then it is important for women with endometriosis, because a strong lung helps the bloodstream to absorb more oxygen which is vital for our body's cells to perform daily functions.
Low levels of selenium in the body may cause kidney disease(10)(11) and arthritis(12).

Make 1 cup
It is simple to make date syrup. All you need are your favorite dates and a blender. I choose soft or semi soft dates, like Khadrawy  or Medjool. If using a drier date, use the water in the recipe to soak the dates first until soft, about 30 minutes or longer.

1/2 cup pitted dates
1/2 to 1 cup of filtered water as desired
Place pitted dates and water in blender, blend smooth. Add as much water as you like for desired consistency.
Variation: for different flavors of dates syrup try the following
1. use an arrange (whole, seeded and peeled) instead of water and add additional water only as needed
2. Substitute filtered water for Rose water
3. Add 1 tbsp. cacao or carob powder, the seeds of a vanilla bean or 1 tsp. vanilla extract.
4. Add lavender or mint extracts, to taste.
