Ginger Inhibits the Onset of Type 2 #Diabetes, Scientists Say

By Kyle J. Norton

Ginger may be next-generation whole food used for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes, with no side effects, some scientists suggested.
Type 2 diabetes is a medical condition characterized by insufficient insulin entering the bloodstream to regulate glucose due to either cell in the pancreas dying off or receptor sites clogged up by fat and cholesterol.

Researchers do not know what causes the pancreas to die off or receptor sites to clog up. However, they do know obesity or overweight, gender, ethnicity, age, family history, and gestational diabetes, are associated with an increased risk of type 2 diabetes.

Some researchers also suggested that people with certain medical conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome. and high blood pressure is more prone to the onset of the disease.

The most common symptoms of type 2 diabetes are increased thirst that won't stop with water intake, increased hunger (especially after eating), dry mouth, frequent urination, and unintentional weight loss.

If you experience some of the symptoms above, please make you check with your doctor to rule out the possibility of diabetes.

According to statistics, diabetes is one of the most common diseases in the US. Approximately 10% or 29.1 million people in the United States have diabetes, accompanied by 8.1 million that are undiagnosed and unaware of their condition.

About 1.4 million new cases of diabetes are diagnosed in the United States every year. More than one in every 10 adults who are 20 years or older has diabetes.

Dr. Rita R. Kalyani in the study to examine the increase with age and risk of type 2 diabetes wrote, "The unprecedented aging of the world's population is a major contributor to the diabetes epidemic, and older adults represent one of the fastest-growing segments of the diabetes population".

"Almost one-third of U.S. adults over the age of 65 years have diabetes. Approximately half of those are undiagnosed, and an additional one-third of older adults have prediabetes" and "management of older adults with diabetes is clearly more complicated given the observation that they commonly have multiple coexisting medical conditions that can impact clinical management".

Compared to the general population risk of type 2 diabetes, the results clearly stated, the risk of type diabetes in the elderly is 3 fold higher and the management of the disease is more difficult due accompanied by other medical conditions, such as high blood pressure and cholesterol

Ginger (Zingiber officinale) or ginger root, the second superfood used for thousands of years by mankind, is the genus Zingiber, belonging to the family Zingiberaceae, native to Tamil.

The root has been used in traditional and Chinese medicine to treat dyspepsia, gastroparesis, constipation, edema, difficult urination, colic, etc.

With an aim to find a natural whole food for the prevention and treatment of diabetes with little or no side effects, researchers looked into the effects of ginger consumption on glycemic status, lipid profile, and some inflammatory markers in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.

The double-blinded, placebo-controlled clinical trial, included 70 types 2 diabetic patients allocated randomly into the ginger group consumed 1600 mg of ginger, and the control group consumed 1600 mg of wheat flour daily for 12 weeks.

Patients treated with ginger demonstrated a significant effect in reducing the levels of fasting plasma glucose, 3 months average glucose concentration, and insulin resistance.

Furthermore, the blood profile of the treatment group also displayed lower levels of triglyceride, total cholesterol, a hormone associated with lipid peroxidation. compared to the placebo group.

There were no significant differences in high-density lipoprotein (HDL), low-density lipoprotein LDL, and TNFα, the inflammatory cytokine between the two groups.

The findings firmly indicated ginger improves insulin sensitivity and some fractions of lipid profiles and reduced inflammation in type 2 diabetic patients.

Additionally, with an aim to reaffirm the effects of ginger against the development of type 2 diabetes and diabetic complications, researchers investigated the effect of ginger supplementation on glycemic indices in Iranian patients with type 2 diabetes.

The double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized clinical trial included 20-60 -year-old patients with type 2 diabetes who did not receive insulin.

Participants in the intervention and control groups received 3 g of powdered ginger or placebo (lactose) (in capsules) daily for 3 months.

At the end of the 3 months, researchers showed that all parameters associated with diabetes were reduced substantially in the treatment group compared to control.

More precisely, the differences between the ginger and placebo groups were statistically significant as follows: serum glucose (-19.41 ± 18.83 vs. 1.63 ± 4.28 mg/dL, p < 0.001), (Hemoglobin A1C)HbA1c percentage (-0.77 ± 0.88 vs. 0.02 ± 0.16%, p < 0.001), insulin (-1.46 ± 1.7 vs. 0.09 ± 0.34 μIU/mL, p < 0.001), insulin resistance (-16.38 ± 19.2 vs. 0.68 ± 2.7, p < 0.001), high-sensitive CRP (-2.78 ± 4.07 vs. 0.2 ± 0.77 mg/L, p < 0.001), paraoxonase-1 (PON-1) (22.04 ± 24.53 vs. 1.71 ± 2.72 U/L, p < 0.006), total antioxidant capacity (TAC) (0.78 ± 0.71 vs. -0.04 ± 0.29 µIU/mL, p < 0.01) and MDA (-0.85 ± 1.08 vs. 0.06 ± 0.08 µmol/L, p < 0.001) were significantly different.

Where paraoxonase ((PON)-1 is an enzyme associated with the protection against lipid oxidation, Malondialdehyde (MDA) is an oxidative stress marker.

Dr. Shidfar F, the lead scientist said, "The 3 months supplementation of ginger improved glycemic indices, TAC and PON-1 activity in patients with type 2 diabetes".

Taken altogether, ginger may be considered a functional food for the prevention and combined with the primary therapy for the treatment of type 2 diabetes with no side effects.

The Potential Effects of #Cinnamon on #CervicalCancer, According to Studies

By Kyle J. Norton

Cinnamon may be the Best Wholefood Medicine for the Prevention, management, and Treatment of Cervical Cancer. according to the Manipal University, Eugenol, a potential chemopreventive agent, one of the components of cinnamon possesses antiseptic, analgesic, antibacterial, and anticancer properties in the expression of apoptosis and inflammation against cervical cancer cell lines.

Cinnamon is a spice derived from the inner bark of a tree, native to South East Asia, of over 300 species of the genus Cinnamomum, belonging to the familyLauraceae, use in herbal and traditional medicine as an anti-fungal and bacterial level, to improve reproductive organs, prevent flatulence and intestinal cramping, and to treat indigestion, diarrhea, bad breath, headache, migraine, etc.

In the SiHa cancer cell line, established from cancerous tissues of the cervix uteri, methanol extracts of Gymnema sylvestre (GS) leave and Cinnamomum zeylanicum (CZ) bark exhibited dose-dependent cytotoxicity, inducing apoptosis.

Other researchers suggested that the effective use of cinnamon against tumor activity, particularly in cervical cancer cell line SiHa may result in a reduced number of colonies, and risk of migration potential through down-regulated normal physiological processes.

Dr. Kwon HK, the lead researcher at the Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology, insisted, Cinnamomum cassia bark,.. containing several active components such as essential oils, expressed anti-tumor effect via enhanced pro-apoptotic and inhibition of pro-inflammatory activities, in vitro, and in vivo mouse melanoma model.

In fact, the potential anti-tumor effects of cinnamon may be due to increased anti-tumor activities in the suppression of progression by increasing the levels of cytolytic molecules and cytotoxic activity.

Although the whole herb medicine may be a potential agent for reduced risk and treatment of cervical cancer, oral use of cinnamon should be taken with care and only prescribed by an herbalist.

#Antioxidant #AnacardicAcids Gobble Up Prostate Cancer Cells in Vivo and Vitro

By Kyle J. Norton

Anacardic acids may process a significant effect in reducing the risk and treatment of prostate cancer, some scientists suggested.

Prostate cancer is a chronic medical condition characterized by cell growth disorderly and uncontrollably in the prostate tissue.

Most cases of prostate cancer start on the cell on the surface of the prostate's inner lining due to unknown mechanisms that alter the prostate cells' DNA.

Most prostate cancers and enlarged prostate and prostate cancer may be detected during Physical (rectum) exams.

Prostate cancer is a very slow cancer.

The exact causes of prostate cancer are debatable.

People who were infected by the prostate cell change may not feel any symptoms until they are the age of 50 or over.

Aging, ethnicity, family history, and hereditary breast and ovarian cancer (HBOC) syndrome associated with DNA-repair mutations to the BRCA1 and/or BRCA2 genes, exposure to toxic chemicals are the most common risk factors associated with the onset of the diseases.

However, most men who have some of the above risk factors do not develop prostate cancer.

Some researchers in the comparison of prostate cancer risk in men who follow different diets and lifestyles suggested the risk of prostate cancer increased substantially in men who follow the Western diet high in saturated fat and trans fat, red meat, and processed foods and low in fruits and vegetable and whole grains.

On the other hand, the risk of prostate cancer decreases in men who have followed the traditional diet.

Dr.Roberto Fabiani, the lead author at the University of Perugia, in the study "A Western Dietary Pattern, Increases Prostate Cancer Risk: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis" said, " The Healthy pattern was not related to PC risk (OR = 0.96; 95% confidence interval (CI): 0.88–1.04) while the Western pattern significantly increased it (OR = 1.34; 95% CI: 1.08–1.65)".

Men who are at higher risk of prostate cancer due to family history and ethnicity may lower the risk by changing diet patterns with more fruits and vegetables and less red meat and processed foods.

Anacardic acids are phenolic lipids, phytochemicals of the organic acid found abundantly in cashews, mangoes, etc..

In the study to reaffirm the anti-prostate cancer effect of Anacardic acid (6-pentadecylsalicylic acid), a natural inhibitor of histone acetyltransferase from Amphipterygium adstringens, researchers at the East China Normal University conducted an investigation to examine whether this salicylic acid could block angiogenesis.

Application of Anacardic acid significantly suppressed the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)in the induction of prostate cancer cell proliferation, migration, and adhesion and capillary-like structure formation of primary cultured human umbilical vascular endothelial cells (HUVECs) without detecting cellular toxicity.

Anacardic acid also effectively inhibited vascular development in chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane ex vivo (n = 10) and VEGF-triggered corneal neovascularization in vivo.

In mice bearing human prostate tumor xenografts (n = 6-7), the application of anacardic acid (2 mg/kg per day) inhibited the volume and weight of solid tumors through apoptosis.

Furthermore, the application of anacardic acid retarded the prostate tumor cell proliferation and microvessel density.

Additionally, Anacardic acid (AA) as a mixture of 2-hydroxy-6-alkylbenzoic acid homologs also inhibited LNCaP cell proliferation, inducing G1/S cell cycle arrest and apoptosis of LNCaP cells.

After taking into account co and confounders, researchers discovered that AA-induced LNCaP cells apoptosis may be due to the following aspects
* AA can regulate p300 transcription and protein levels against the processes of cell proliferation and differentiation.in LNCaP cells.

* AA can activate p53 through its function as a regulator of the cell cycle and a tumor suppression against LNCaP cells.

* AA can down-regulate androgen receptor (AR) by suppressing p300 in the development and progression of prostate cancer.

The results suggested that AA processes multiple anti-tumor activities in LNCaP cells.

Taken altogether, Anacardic acids may be considered a functional phytochemical for the prevention of prostate cancer and combined with the primary therapy for the treatment of prostate cancer, without inducing any side effects, depending on the large and multicenter human study.

#Healthyfood #Papaya Inhibits the Risk of Acute and Chronic Inflammatory Diseases, Researchers Find

Kyle J. Norton

Papaya is found to process anti-acute and chronic inflammatory activity that may be considered an adjunct therapy for the treatment of several chronic diseases, some scientists suggested
Inflammation is the natural response of the immune system macrophages, the first line of defense in stimulating the production of inflammatory cytokines to protect our body against the infection caused by foreign microorganisms during the acute phase of body damage and injury.

Any inflammation that lasts more than 3 months is considered chronic inflammation.

Truly, the main focus of inflammation is to repair damage and injury.

However, overexpression of inflammatory cytokines in most cases can cause improper healing with scar formation or the death of nearby cells.

Chronic inflammation is the result of the immune system's inability to kill off all the microorganisms that participated in the acute phase of infection, leading to the forming of autoimmune and chronic inflammatory diseases such as RA and diabetes.

Inflammation is also can be caused by overexpression of free radicals compared to the antioxidant enzymes in the body. This result can lead to an imbalance of the ratio of the levels of free radicals and antioxidants, the major cause of oxidative stress.

Longer-term oxidative stress in the body can also cause oxidative damage to biomolecules, including lipids, proteins, and DNA that initiate the development of a number of chronic diseases, such as atherosclerosis, cancer, diabetics, rheumatoid arthritis, post-ischemic perfusion injury, myocardial infarction.

Papaya is a species of Carica Papaya, belonging to the family Caricaceae and native to the tropics of the Americas, and was first cultivated in Mexico several centuries

Chemical constituents
Alkaloids, Cardenolides, Anthraquinones, Saponins, Tannin, phenol, flavonoid, anthocyanin, Benzyl glucosinolate, benzylisothiocyanate, 5-(Hydroxymethyl)-2-furancarboxaldehyde, 2,3-dihydro-3,5-dihydroxy-6-methyl-4H-pyran-4-one and 1,3-dihydroxy-2-propanone, etc.(a)

In the reaffirm fruit and vegetables have therapeutic potential as they dampen inflammation with no known side effects, researchers at the Universiti Putra Malaysia launched an evaluation to examine the effect of papaya on the activity of Th1 (IFN-γ(+) CD4(+))/Th2 (IL-4(+)CD4(+)) T cells play in mediating inflammatory responses.
According to the flow cytometry methods. application of papaya exerted a potential effect in down-regulation of IFN-γ(+) CD4(+) (p=0.03, n=13) in the expression of inflammatory markers and up-regulation of IL-4(+) CD4(+) (p=0.04, n=13) T cells, CD3(+) CD4(+) CD25(+) CD127(-) in productiuon of anti inflammatroy sytokines.

Tregs, regulatory T cells (Tregs) are a specialized subpopulation of T cells that act to suppress the immune response in the production of the proteins related to inflammation, which were found after papaya consumption.

In vitro cultures, papaya up-regulates Tregs in male subjects and was significantly associated with suppression of the levels of IL-1β and other inflammatory cytokines.

Dr. Abdullah M., the lead author said, "Papaya consumption may exert an anti-inflammatory response mediated through Tregs and have potential in alleviating inflammatory conditions".

Furthermore, in the reconfirmation of papaya's anti-inflammatory effect in patients with sepsis, a serious unbalanced hyperinflammatory condition, researchers found that pretreatment of mangiferin (MF), a natural glucosyl xanthone found in papaya inhibits sepsis-activated mitogen-activated protein kinases and nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells signaling, the mediators with function in stimulating the production in elevating inflammatory cytokines.

Moreover, MF dose-dependently also up-regulates the expression and activity of heme oxygenase (HO)-1 which plays a critical role in the prevention of vascular inflammation in the lung of septic mice, leading to the elimination of the septic lung injury.

The findings suggested that MF attenuates sepsis by up-regulation of HO-1 that protects against sepsis-induced ALI through inhibiting inflammatory signaling and proinflammatory mediators

Taken together, papaya and its bioactive compound mangiferin (MF) may be an adjunct therapy combined with conventional medicine for the treatment in acute and chronic inflammatory diseases.

#Healthyfood #CayennePeppers Process Anti-Metabolic Dysregulation Properties, Researchers Say

Kyle J. Norton

Cayenne peppers may be the next herbal medicine in reduced risk and treatment of metabolic dysregulation, a recent study suggests

Cayenne is also known as Cayenne Pepper, a red, hot chili pepper, belonging to Capsicum annuum, the family Solanaceae, native to subtropical and tropical regions. It has been used in traditional medicine to increase metabolism, enhance the circulatory system and stomach and intestinal tract, adjust blood pressure, lower LDL cholesterol and triglycerides, and treat frostbite, muscles, arthritis, rheumatism, low back pain, strains, sprains, bruises, and neuralgia, etc.

Metabolic dysregulation refers to abnormal function of the body in the regulation of glucose tolerance, fasting glucose, insulin resistance, and dyslipidemia,...., leading to insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, and fatty liver disease.

Capsaicin, the major chemical compound used in dietary supplements attenuated metabolic dysregulation in genetically obese diabetic mice by enhancing the expression of modulation of glucose and lipid metabolism involving its receptors.

In obesity-induced inflammation and the development of obesity-related metabolic disorders, cayenne capsaicin suppressed inflammatory responses in inducing glucose intolerance and enhancing fatty acid oxidation in fat tissues, affecting insulin resistance.

The chemical compound involvement in reduced visceral adipose fat, also lowered serum levels of fasting glucose, total cholesterol, and triglycerides, probably through limited fat accumulation in adipose tissues and reduced inflammation, and increased insulin sensitivity.

Dr. Leung FW. said," Clinical evidence supports the role of capsaicin as an anti-obesity agent. Both oral and gastrointestinal exposure to capsaicin increase satiety and reduce energy and fat intake and reduction in visceral abdominal fat" and "Thermogenesis and lipid metabolism-related proteins are altered upon capsaicin treatment in white adipose tissue".

Intake of cayenne for weight loss treatment-induced reduction in visceral abdominal fat may also improve metabolic regulation. Quality doses should only be given by specialists to prevent toxicity.

#Lycopene Isolated From Tomatoes Inhibits the Onset of Primary Lung Cancer

By Kyle J. Norton

Primary lung cancer is a medical and chronic condition characterized by irregular cell growth in the tissues of the lung.

The lungs are a pair of spongy, air-filled organs located on either side of the chest, with the function of inspiration that takes oxygen from incoming air to the blood and releases carbon dioxide.

In other words, the lung exchanges carbon dioxide from the blood to oxygen.

Furthermore, the lung also filters out a small blood clot, balancing the Ph levels in the body, protecting the body from infection as well as speech.

According to the statistics, in the US, approximately 228,000 people in the US will be diagnosed with lung cancer in 2019 or 1 in 16 people in the US will be diagnosed with lung cancer in their lifetime.

About 60% to 65% of all new lung cancer diagnoses are among people who have never smoked or are former smokers.

Most cases of lung cancer at the early stage are asymptomatic due to the very small size of the tumor. However, at the later stage, the oversize of the tumor not only reduces the lung function and presses on the nearby nerve cells and blood vessels, leading to symptoms of lung cancer, accompanied by general symptoms shared by other types of cancer.

The most common symptoms of lung cancer include a persistent cough, cough-up blood with rust-colored sputum (spit or phlegm) due to the oversize tumor that has pressed on nearby blood vessels, chest pain due to the oversize tumor that has pressed on the nerve cells and shortness of breath. Feeling tired or weak.

The other lung, adrenal gland, bones, brain, and liver are most common in primary lung cancer metastasis.

Some researchers suggested lung cancer in the US may be correlated to the rise of obesity.

Dr. Khemayanto Hidayat, the lead scientist said, "Several meta-analyses of observational studies have been performed to examine the association between general obesity, as measured by body mass index (BMI), and lung cancer. These meta-analyses suggest an inverse relationship between high BMI and this cancer. In contrast to general obesity, abdominal obesity appears to play a role in the development of lung cancer".

And, "greater WC was associated with increased lung cancer risk among never smokers (RR 1.11; 95% CI 1.00, 1.23), former smokers (RR 1.12; 95% CI 1.03, 1.22) and current smokers (RR 1.16; 95% CI 1.08, 1.25). The summary RRs for the highest versus lowest categories of WC and WHR were 1.32 (95% CI 1.13, 1.54; I2 = 18.2%, p-heterogeneity = 0.281) and 1.10 (95% CI 1.00, 1.23; I2 = 24.2%, p-heterogeneity = 0.211), respectively".

Tomato is a red, edible fruit, genus Solanum, belonging to the family Solanaceae, native to South America. Because of its health benefits, the tomato is grown worldwide for the commercial purpose
and often in the greenhouse.

On finding a natural compound for the treatment of lung cancer, researchers in the cancer team at Tufts University investigated the effects of tomato's lycopene against tobacco carcinogen 4-(N-methyl-N-nitrosamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanone (NNK) induced lesions in both lungs in an animal model.

The study included elected male ferrets (6 groups, n = 8-10) who were treated either with NNK (50 mg/kg BW, i.p., once a month for four consecutive months) or saline with or without dietary lycopene supplementation (2.2 and 6.6 mg/kg BW/day, respectively) for 26 weeks.

Before the treatment of lycopene, NNK-exposure ferrets showed higher incidences of lung tumors, HCC and steatohepatitis, and elevations in bilirubin and AST levels.

Lycopene supplementation treatment at two doses prevented NNK-induced lung toxicity and inflammation. The expression of levels of CYP2E1 in the liver associated with the metabolism of xenobiotics in the liver was also inhibited by the injection of lycopene.

In other words, lycopene prevented the NNK in the induction of lung and liver damage in the tested animals.

Based on the findings, researchers said, "The present study provided strong experimental evidence that the tobacco carcinogen NNK can induce both HCC and steatohepatitis in the ferrets and can be a useful model for studying tobacco carcinogen-associated NAFLD and liver cancer".

Furthermore, in a mouse model associated with colon cancer metastatic to the lungs, Dr. Chattopadhyay A, the lead scientist wrote, "adding 0.06% of Tg6F, but not a control tomato concentrate (EV), to standard mouse chow reduced tumor-associated neutrophils by 94 ± 1.1%, and reduced tumor burden by two-thirds".

Taken altogether, cooked tomatoes processed with abundantly bioactive compound lycopene may be considered supplements for the prevention and treatment of complications caused by oxidative stress, pending the confirmation of the larger sample size and multicenter human study.

Intake of lycopene in the form of supplements should be taken with extreme care to prevent overdose acute liver toxicity.

Inflammation is the natural response of the immune system macrophages, the first line of defense in stimulating the production of inflammatory cytokines to protect our body against the infection caused by foreign microorganisms during the acute phase of body damage and injury.

Truly, the main focus of inflammation is to repair damage and injury.

Most cases of infection associated with inflammation are stopped at the acute phase. The wound or injury is slowly recovered.

However, overexpression of inflammatory cytokines in most cases can cause improper healing with scar formation or the death of nearby cells.

Any inflammation that lasts more than 3 months is considered chronic inflammation.

Chronic inflammation is the result of the immune system's inability to kill off all the microorganisms that participated in the acute phase of infection, leading to the formation of autoimmune and chronic inflammatory diseases such as RA and diabetes.

Inflammation also can be caused by overexpression of free radicals compared to the antioxidant enzymes in the body. This result can lead to an imbalance of the ratio of the levels of free radicals and antioxidants, the major cause of oxidative stress.

However, in people with a weakened immune system, acute inflammatory progression cannot be stopped due to the inability of the immune system to destroy all invaders, which may lead to low-grade chronic inflammation.

Longer-term oxidative stress in the body can also cause oxidative damage to biomolecules, including lipids, proteins, and DNA damage.

Anti-inflammation is the process that inhibits inflammation or swelling without affecting the immune property to curb foreign pathogens.

Conventionally, the most common use of anti-inflammatory medicines is over counter aspirin, ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, Nuprin), and other prescription NSAIDs.

Dandelion is a herbaceous perennial plant, genus Taraxacum, belongings to the family Asteraceae, native to temperate regions of the world. It has been used in traditional and herbal medicine to treat gout, eczema, acne, gall bladder, kidney, liver, and urinary disorders, hypoglycemia, dyspepsia with constipation, edema, blood pressure, and heart weakness, chronic joint, skin diseases, etc.

On finding a natural ingredient for the prevention and treatment of diseases associated with inflammation, scientists examined the mechanisms responsible for the anti-inflammation effects of water extract of T. mongolicum Hand.-Mazz (WETMHM) on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced inflammation in acute lung injury.

Female BALB/c mice selected for the investigation were randomly divided into five groups with 10 mice in each group: (1) control group (saline), (2) LPS group, (3) LPS+dexamethasone (LPS+Dex, 2mg/kg, administered by gavage), (4) LPS+WETMHM (5 g/kg, administered by gavage), (5) LPS+WETMHM (10 g/kg, administered by gavage).

According to the results from the tested analysis, treatment with the WETMHM exhibited a number of mechanisms against LPS-induced inflammation, including the

* Attenuating inflammation cell numbers in the BALF

* Decreasing the protein levels of lung PI3K/Akt/mTOR, and

* Improving the antioxidant activity of SOD.

* Inhibiting MPO activity associated with inflammation

Furthermore, the histological studies also demonstrated that WETMHM substantially inhibited LPS-induced neutrophils in lung tissue.

Based on the results, researchers suggest, " The results indicated that the WETMHM had a protective effect on LPS-induced ALI in mice".

Taken altogether, dandelion may be considered a remedy for the treatment of diseases associated with inflammation, pending the confirmation of the larger sample size and multicenter human study.
