The Simple and Easy Broccoli salad

Raw food, volume 2, Healthy, delicious vegetarian cuisine made with living foods  by Lisa Montgomery, editor, hatherleigh

15 minutes
4 cups broccoli. florets
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
1 tsp. wheat-free tamari
Pinch of sea salt
Combined ingredients in a bowl, and serve right away. Alternatively, you can place the broccoli salad in a glass bowl and place in dehydrator at 105 degree F until dish is warm and the flavors meld.
