Prep. 25 minutes
1 1/2 cup raw Sevillano olives
3 tbsp. capers
1.2 tsp. fresh rosemary
1/2 tsp. fresh oregano
1 tsp. fresh Italian parsley
1 tsp. lemon zest
1/4 cup olive oil
Puree first 6 ingredients in food processor. Add oil and pulse a few time until oil in mix evenly.
