Bircher Muesli
Contributed by 4 Ingredients by Kim McCosker and Rachael Bermingham (Atria Books)
Serve 1
1/2 cup natural muesli
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tsp. plain yogurt
1 green apple, grated Soak muesli in Juice for 15 minutes. Mix the remaining ingredients and serve.
